Using scientific evidence based methods and a biopsychosocial perspective I work with individuals at their current place and guide them along their health journey.
To help people live healthier and work with individuals to achieve their health and fitness goals.

Originally from BC I grew up from a young age playing multiple different sports all through out school. I fostered my interest in how the human body works and my love of movement by pursuing a degree in Kinesiology focusing on exercise science.
I continue to find new ways to move my body, from roller skating to yoga to obstacle course racing and everything in between. I have a personal philosophy of continuing to learn new things and as such I have completed my 200 hour RYT and am currently working on several other certifications.
After graduating with my degree in Kinesiology, I started working in disability management. Helping people access appropriate care and recover from injury so they are able to return to work. However, I have decided to come back to my roots and work with people hands on.
I am a big advocate for making health and fitness accessible to everyone no matter where they are in their health and fitness journey. I love being able to work with people and to meet people where they are at and provide them with the skills and resources needed to help get them to where they want to go.
